Collection: Custom Orders

Thank you for visiting our custom ordering information sheet. Here, you will find all the details you need to place your custom order. Currently, we are only able to make custom changes to pre-existing jewelry that we have for sale. If you are interested in creating a new design, that would be considered a special order project. Please note that this information sheet applies solely to our pre-existing jewelry.

To start, please select the piece of jewelry you are interested in and decide what changes you would like to make. Next, contact us through email to request the “Custom Pre-existing Order Form."  Fill out the form to request an estimate for the desired changes. Once we receive the estimate, we will determine the additional cost to you.  You purchase the piece of jewelry. We will then invoice you for the changes after they have been completed, which typically takes about a week.

We also offer some free modifications on certain pieces, which are outlined below: 

**Free Modifications:** 

• Necklace: Changing a lobster claw clasp to a toggle clasp, or vice versa. You will receive either a two-inch or three-inch extender chain, unless you opt not to have an extender chain.

• Necklace: Removing a charm from the extender chain and replacing it with a jump ring. 
  

**Modifications Requiring an Additional Charge:**

• Shortening or lengthening a necklace (this can only be done if extra stones or beads are available).

• Creating earrings to match a necklace you have purchased from us.

• Adding or replacing stones or beads from the current necklace.

• Creating a second necklace to match the first necklace that was purchased.

   

These are just a few of the services we can provide. Additional requests can be made and evaluated at the time of inquiry.

It's a wonderful opportunity for our customers to modify that special necklace just like they want it.
